Can’t submit a updated bio

I am trying to submit the bio for actor Selton Mello on his IMDbPro account but keep receiving an error that it is either improperly formatted or does not meet the requirements. I have reviewed the requirements multiple times and am confident that the bio fits them. I would appreciate some assistance in identifying the specific issue so I can successfully submit it.
