Can't Remove An Illegal Photo from IMDb Page

I'm a filmmaker from Brasil, all of films I've directed they have pages here on IMDb. However, in a page of one of my short films an actress she posted her headshot as cover for the short film for which she acted in - she didn't ask before to me if she could do that, since this short film has an official art for it. I've requested three to four times for IMDb to remove her headshot, but they simply ignored it. I explained that I'm the director and that I own the rights of the short film, but nothing. How should I proceed to have this actress' headshot deleted? Thanks!

SemNick: If you are the producer of the film, I recommend applying for Title Scorecard access (see https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/industry-professional/imdb-title-scorecard/GR6ELNEMQZADBQ2B#). This will enable you to control what the main image (poster) for your film is. If you are the director but not the producer, please have your film's producer or a representative of the production company or distributor apply for Title Scorecard access so they can make the change to the image/poster. I do not have Title Scorecard access myself so I have never used this function, so I can't provide much more detail. But I hope this helps. Good luck!
