Can't Get Film Accepted

Hi everyone, I am a producer trying to add a feature film I worked on to the database and it keeps getting rejected with no reason given as to why. I've double checked and resolved all flags and warning and included a ton of supplemental data including the trailer, website, press releases, and even news coverage of the premier event. Nothing seems to be working. I work for a production company and the team keeps asking why the film isn't live on the site yet to share with partners and I genuinely have no idea what to tell them, I've never encountered this before.
