Can't fix name because of uppercase letters

Trying to update my name, which was submitted as "Apple, K.K." by someone else. When I try to update to remove the extra periods, it gives me the following errors about capitalization:

'Apple, KK' ends with an uppercase letter and is therefore invalid.
'Apple, KK' contains combinations of characters which are not permitted in IMDb names.

Any idea about how I can fix this?

Thanks!

Users can't submit a 'KK', so they have to either do 'K.K.' or 'Kk' when submitting a new name, however I believe a staff member can change that to 'KK' for you, I've seen it done before.

So when a staff member comes along soon, they'll let you know if they can, so posting here with all relevant info is how you get it fixed.

Hi k2apple -

The information VonPunk provided is correct, only IMDb staff can manually override the capitalization in these instances.

I can confirm that the name is now displaying on the site as KK Apple.

Cheers!
