Can't delete my own credit!

I want to delte an acting credit beacuse I am no longer an actor, and my IMDb page is the first thing that pops up in a google search. Very embarrassing! Please help me remove the credit, and then remove my page from IMDb! It says I need more evidence but where/how do I submit a photo of my drivers license?
