Can't delete incorrect credit...help!

The reason of the rejection is that we do not remove valid credits, now we understand there can be multiple Name profiles under your same name. In this case, instead of removing the credits you need to submit a name modification to move them from your page to another one with the same name.

Ok, I've followed the Help Article and I cannot for the life of me get to the section where I can request a change of name modification.  I'm loosing my mind as to how hard this is, can you please help me?

I've tried going through my name, and also through the name of the show but it doesn't give me the option to change the name.  Under the show it only asks me to add a new person, not to change an existing one.

What you need to do depends on whether or not you can find out which of the other people with the same name is the one who should have those credits.

Thank you.  I was able to get most of the credits off of my account but going into each individual episode and having them correct the name/number.  But on one of the corrections they decided to add the other persons name/number but not remove mine.  So now both of us are credited.  I've tried 5 times to have them remove it but keep getting declined.  Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

I can see that you are deleting the credits, in this case you have to move the credits, submitting a modification for the name page is the correct way to submit the corrections. I encourage you to submit the corrections using the online Update Form.
