Can't Change My Wife's Last Name on Profile???

I accidentally uploaded my wife's last name incorrectly on my page and every time i go to fix it, my request is denied due to a lack of verification. I've mentioned in my requests that I am the husband but it still says I can't. What is my best course of action??
