Can't add a release date

Hi there!

Since yesterday, I can't add a new release date to titles. More specifically, I can't add a new release date to any title that already has nationwide release date.

For exaple, a film has been released in France theatrically, if you try to add a French festival release date, it gets rejected, even if you select the festival release type and add the festival's name. Can please someone duplicate this glitch and report it? I repeat, it's not for a specific title, it's general.
