Can't add a company

Hello! I'm trying to add a company to a title, but I can't! To be more specific, I want to add to Nasha rodina (2005) the production company Zweites Deutsches Fernsehen (ZDF) [de]. The result is a message: "We are sorry! An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're already working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly." I tried several times without success. I get the same message when trying to add BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) [gb]. These companies have several thousands of credits, it's like the update page cannot be loaded.
