Cannot rate a movie that is marked completed
The Get Rich Quick Scheme had its first premieres and many people wish to write reviews on the movie but they are unable to the movie is marked as complete is there a way people can leave their reviews?

Why are certain movies and shows missing an IMDb community rating?
We don't display a rating unless a title has received enough votes to calculate a weighted user rating. The minimum number of votes before we display the rating is currently five.
We do not display votes for a movie or show before it has actually been screened/released. In some rare cases we may have an incorrect release date attached to a title, which means that the title may be already available, but still be marked as unreleased and therefore missing a rating. If this is the case, you can submit a release date correction to the movie via the Edit page button listed at the bottom of the titles page.
