Cannot get trailer to display with production

I have uploaded a trailer which is 30 seconds, file size is 7.12 MB and it is an MP4.  I've filled out the necessary data in Scorecard and submitted the video.  I cannot see the trailer associated with my production anywhere.  Our station is part of the PBS system and I would like the trailer to play in a manner similar to "Frontline" or "NOVA".   If anyone knows what I am doing wrong please let me know.  I have a lot of content that needs uploading and my management wants to see the trailer. Thank you.
