Cannot add attributes to names

I submitted credits to the Episode 3 of Under Salt Marsh.
There was an issue of adding attributes to 2 of the stunt crew stating:-
"An unreleased title should not have credits with 'as' attributes"
The episode was released on 5 February 2026.
In the end I submitted the names without the attributes and after they were approved, I tried to add them attributes to their credits but I get the pink Reject notice again, I tried attaching the screenshot from the end credits showing the names but no luck.
I wanted to add the attributes in the Stunts section:-
"as Nick Daines" to Nicholas Daines.
"as Matt Sterling" to Matthew Stirling.
Hopefully someone can review the issue and sort it out.

The listed date is February 6. Even so, it is that date in most of the world now and the attributes still can't be added.
