Can we make update changes to IMDB contribution system to prevent mislabeled credit vandalism?

To the IMDB staff, I know it has been very hectic for the staff, and I've found loopholes on the IMDB contribution that allowed some pranksters to mislabel company credits and the credits names for Directors, Producers, Writers, Cast, Crew Members like what has been happening to the Pororo the Penguin, Shimajiro and Doraemon IMDB pages.

I think that it was very disrespectful that some of the IMDB pranksters would go around mislabeling credits on the Japanese anime films, Shimajiro, Doraemon, without proof and I personally think that those IMDB pranksters preparators need to start getting their IMDB account banned or at least the contribution part banned and turned off.

Can we update IMDB contribution system to make strict changes including, making it a requirement to verify the credit source and to reject blind credit contributions, and maybe make it a requirement for the IMDB user to pay to have an IMDB Pro account to add credits to prevent credit vandalism.

I want to prevent future vandalism on IMDB film, video game, TV series pages.
