Can not provide “helpful” or “unhelpful” feedback on a review

So when I am looking at “user reviews” and I find one that I agree with, or do not agree with, I’ll click the “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” rating, and the response that comes up says either “you found this review helpful” or “you did not find this review helpful.” However, when I leave the review section, and come back, the feedback does not add to the number of “helpful” or “unhelpful” total. I can choose an option again, but it does not add the feedback to the total number, nor is it there if I revisit the “user review” section. It’s as if the section acknowledges my rating, but it does not remain. I would like to agree or disagree with user reviews, but it is not working for me. My feedback does not remain, nor does the total number of people change when I agree or disagree. That feature has become completely useless to me.
