Can I record an IMDB Credit for a screenwriting award for an unproduced script?

I have won a screenwriting category for an awards event that is listed on IMDB. Could anyone please advise:-

1) Given that the event is on IMDB, can I register this award against my name, even if the script is unproduced?

2) If so, does this require a paid IMDB subscription?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, @kat.

According to IMDb's guidelines on adding in-development titles, you can indeed add the script if it was completed, copy written and picked by any production entity (your own company will do, if you have one) for development.

As for the award, you can add one in your name either with or without the title if the event is already in the list of available ones

Hi kat-

Just adding to what nikolay_yeriomin mentioned above which is all correct, you do not need a paid IMDb subscription.

Let us know if you have any further questions/issues!

Cheers!

@Maya Adding an "in-development" title requires IMDbPro actually. That option is not active for normal users.

@mbmb Hi and all as well-

Thank you and apologies for that, I had a confusion but yes, do you require an IMDbPro subscription.

Thanks again!
