Can I delete my IMDB page and then create a new IMDB page under the same name?
My birthdate is on my IMDB page and they refuse to remove it (even though a class action lawsuit a few years back told them they had to, since this birthdate thing has apparently happened to several actors). My only choice is to delete the entire IMDB page to remove it from the world wide web.
But ... would I be able to create a new IMDB page under my same name and reconnect it to my projects after doing so?

As it is our policy not to remove factual information, you cannot remove the existing IMDb page in favor of creating a new page and starting over.
Concerning your birthdate listing, if you have an active IMDbPro membership the birth date information can hidden from IMDb Pro via the Control your details feature, however, it is still retained in the database and will remain available on IMDb.com and cannot be removed.
