Can I combine 2 separate pages (name change) ?

Hi there, I've ended up with 2 lists of credits.  The original list of credits is under my maiden name then I have a new page of recent credits with my married name.  Is it possible to combine the 2 pages?  I don't mind that some of the credits are under my old name I'd just like all my credits in one place.
