Can I add photos of a person to their page

I have two photos of events that this person went to (Industry related) and would like to add it to his page. Is that allowed?

Hi leslie_hoffman-In these cases, only the name page owners can add/update images on their pages. For this an active IMDbPro membership is required and a claim on the IMDb name page to display their photos.Cheers!
