Can anyone verify if this music video has ever been shown and made available publicly?

In 2014, a contest was held by Universal Music Enterprises to create an official music video for the song "After Hours" by The Velvet Underground. The winning video, created by Choking Monkey Productions and directed by Oliver Chen, can be found on The Velvet Underground's official YouTube page here, and on IMDb here. The IMDb entry for this video has no votes and an error in the title (it says "(II)" at the end).

However, there is another version of this music video on IMDb, found here, with different cast & crew, which has a small number of votes and a shorter URL code, suggesting that its IMDb page was made first. This other version was supposedly created by a company called Plethora and directed by Gian Franco Morini.

Given the fact that there was a contest to make the official video, it is entirely plausible that Gian Franco Morini did, in fact, direct a video for the song. However, I can find no evidence online that this also-ran was ever released and made available to the public. Needless to say, if it has not, it should not be considered eligible to have an IMDb page. I strongly suspect that the small number of people who cast votes for this music video did so by mistake, intending to cast a vote for the superb version directed by Oliver Chen. (This is exactly what happened to me; I only just now realized my mistake, which is what prompted me to write this post.)

If my suspicions are correct and Morini's version of the video has never been made available to the public, then I think one of two things should happen: A) the Morini version is deleted and the Chen version is kept up; or, B) the two titles are merged (so as to preserve the ratings), with the credits for the Chen version overriding/erasing the credits for the Morini version.

I am hesitant to take any action until someone with authority weighs in.
