Bugged Submission

I know this has occurred before, I made corrections to 6 episodes of an old show, all went through easily except Episode 2, the system seemed to hiccup at the time I sent that one, and it's been stuck for 4 days and counting, unable to even calculate a processing date, any way to see what's up.
