Bug in the submission form that allows duplicate credits
There's a bug in the submissions system that allows duplicate entries to occur. I believe this occurs because it compares all fields to flag a duplicate. The attribute field should be ignored and only the name and, if applicable, occupation should be compared.

I can confirm that all the duplicate "Producer" credits have since been removed:
Going back to the issue you reported, in this particular case, these duplicate credit listings were an internal data issue (separate from the Contribution Form) that allowed the duplicated credits to display, so the issue wasn't from a data contribution.
