Bug in submission system when you get an error submitting the form.
So, this has happened to me twice in the last day where the submission gets submitted twice when you get an error.
It starts with this error message:
Without even acknowledging this error by clicking either box, if I go to my contribution history, I see this:
As you can see, they have the exact same timestamp on them.

Thanks for reporting, I have filed a ticket for the appropriate team to investigate. In the meantime, can you confirm the following details: Device and browser info you used when you observed this behavior?

Sadly, the update issue has re-surfaced - virtually the same as before (and despite IMDB restricting entries to 1000 credits).
The problem is - the entered data crashes and defaults to save page, and when saved page is submitted it actually turns itsself into THREE entries resulting in two duplicate rejections :-(

For anyone following this page, and in the absence of any feedback from anyone, I will just point out that I first noticed that this submission problem appears to have occurred in the past when the developers were changing the Main Title Page layout, making it more picture pretty and adding links. Now the submission problem has again occurred and would you know it... the developers are now messing with the cast and crew Main Page - also masses of pretty pictures and enough clickable links to sink a battleship. I think not - but that is just my own personal opinion and others can draw their own conclusions.
