budget declined

Hello,

my recent submission 221121-105633-673000 was declined and I included the article (in the link below) with the instructions "the budget is stated in the eighth paragraph in this article" but it was still declined, the number amount I entered is correct as well, can someone within the IMDB staff elaborate why my submission was declined?
