"Brown Shoes Don't Make It" (1976)?

There is a page for a supposed film from 1976 titled Brown Shoes Don't Make It, titled after the Frank Zappa song.   I checked on various Zappa fansites (United Mutations, Kill Ugly Radio, Information Is Not Knowledge, Afka.net), as well as checking the Usenet newsgroup alt.fan.frank-zappa, and none of them have any evidence of this film existing.   The page has no links or reviews, user or external.   I Googled "Frank Zappa" "Joe DeBartolo" -imdb, and the few results had nothing to do with this supposed film.    Can anyone provide any evidence that this film exists?   Thank you.
