Brooke Shields' father

I tried adding Frank Shields (IV) as Brooke's father and it was declined, Unable to verify. So I tried adding Brooke as Frank's daughter. It was declined, Unable to verify.
Can someone explain why this is happening? Or better yet just push this through? Thank you.

Seems like this should've been approved, so and based upon the problems I've experienced in the past, I do wonder if the content of the "explanation" field in the submission form isn't always visible to all IMDb data editors, or maybe not all hyperlinks are accessible to them.
