Broken vote count?

Just curious here... I was looking at episodes of "Lift Off with Coppers and Co!" (as you do) and there's an episode that has over 140 votes on it:

Despite 121/84% votes of "10" (which is a lot of votes for an obscure kid's show...) the rating is 1.5/10.

Even with weighted ratings, that's a bit odd.
