Bogus low star ratings by the same person

This woman, the minute she sees a new ten-star rating comes in and leaves another one-star rating under her many usernames - I also found an email address to write you guys and I listed about ten usernames she uses along with her real name - it's just not right.

@Michelle​ So far nothing has been done, she's come back and left a review now - she's crafty in how she does this - five stars so she can add that to the splash page, too, and then all her criticisms in the review ONLY about - me, the writer. This is what she does - on Amazon and elsewhere. Check the IP addresses of the one-star ratings and the review - unless she's using different computers. She lives in Wyoming, she has tons of user names. It's very upsetting to know she can continually get away with this.
