Blade Runner 2049 review bombarding
If you look at the reviews for Blade Runner 2049, there are a bunch of eerily similar reviews all written between May-November 2021 (four years after the film’s release). They all describe the film as being “boring” and give it a bad score.
This looks like someone is flooding the reviews with his opinion - why would it be that dozens of users just happened to decide to review this film now, four years after it came out? And every single one of them had the same exact review?

It's not just Blade Runner. Quite few shows are being plagued by "This Is Not [insert earlier work]" and "Clearly haven't read/ watched [insert source materiel" swarms.
What is worse is that Prolific Reviewer and Helpfulness have both become totally useless. A lot of "prolific reviewers" seem to be idiots of the above type. And any look at the "Helpfulness" versus actual votes shows the gaming going on, most likely by Reddit's Own Angry Virgins (it's not just here - there has been some horrific gaming of Rotten Tomatoes).
It's tiring and is slowly eroding the usefulness of IMDB.
