Birth date correction for actor not showing up, despite evidence

Got a problem regarding correcting an actor's birth date. For actor Sunil Malhotra, I was able to find a source regarding his birth year and birth place, as this MSN article confirms that Sunhil was born on October 20, 1975 in New Delhi, India. But once when I was going to submit this correction, only a blank birth place button is listed rather than his birth date or year. This needs to be fixed to include that particular birth date. Please help.
