Better management of bad quality reviews

Recently i have been rewatching Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, and have been following along on the IMDb pages because I like to read the trivia postings.  On a few of the episodes, however, I have seen some absolutely terribly written reviews, all left by the same person.  This reviewer obviously does not natively speak English and did not bother to learn proper English syntax, and his reviews are barely, and in a few areas, not at all, legible.  They look like he did a review in whatever his native language is and then just ran it through google translate before posting it.  And the one, at least, is completely insulting to the choices a female character (and by his insinuation any woman who may make the same choices for whatever reason,) made in the episode.  I've reported a few of them, and explained the reasoning, but they have been denied.  All the other sections can be edited and/or not allowed because of issues like this, so why is it that nothing will be done about the quality of the writing in reviews?

Hi @Lady_Khat -

We appreciate your feedback, concerning the reports you made that were declined, if you are certain they are a violation of our guidelines you are welcome to post the review links here and our staff can take another look.

@Michelle This is the link to the review I found to be offensive.  As you can see, it's difficult to tell exactly what he is trying to say, but it's clearly not complimentary.  https://www.imdb.com/review/rw9723986/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

And here are a few of the other reviews he did:

https://www.imdb.com/review/rw9424703/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

https://www.imdb.com/review/rw9310217/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

https://www.imdb.com/review/rw9194685/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk

Again, they're very difficult to read, and actually aren't even really reviews at all, just synopsis of the episodes.  I can understand having a few word choice/grammar errors sneaking in for someone who is not a native speaker, English can be difficult, but people really shouldn't be allowed to post items like that if they have no grasp of our syntax.

Hello Lady_Khat,

The reviews are not breaching our User Reviews guidelines, we are unable to remove the reviews. The only change you can do is to set a Spoiler tag for them, you are free to submit the corrections.

@Fran Well, respectfully, you should really improve your guidelines, then, because those are a disgrace and an embarrassment.
