Behind the Scenes Photo Question

Hi, Michelle.

The name could not be added that way as the name of the actor is not on the list, and could not be added to the list as he was not in the episode or in the series.   The famous actor had dropped by the set, and a photo was taken of him with the stars of the series.  

Did find out how to do it, though.  It is the same way one would change the type of photo (publicity to behind the scenes, for example).

Use the contact form by selecting the options:

IMDb Contributor > I need help and haven't submitted an update > Images & video > Other image/video issue followed by the

E-mail button.

The staff tagged his name.

I'm glad to hear that our support team was able to resolve and tag the name for you.  For future similar instances, you should still be able to tag the name directly from the option .

When you initially enter the name of the individual, if they are not part of the cast list their name will not display in the suggestions, however, if you click the search button or the "See all results for [name]" link, you will then see the results for that name search.
