BAFTA Award Classification

I have a question about the classification of BAFTA awards. All BAFTA awards (film, game, cymru etc) are quite rightly classified as 'BAFTA Awards' in the 'awards' section, with the exception of BAFTA TV Craft awards, which appear to sometimes be split in to their own category. It's not true of all years, and the categories also vary year by year. 'Sound Fiction' appears to move from one group to the other. Should they not all be classified as 'BAFTA Awards'?

If there were one specific instance of this, say the Sound Fiction award 2016 where Wolf Hall won, that someone asked to change, could that be a thing?
