Badly Formatted titles?

This is concerning #260717-013853-808000 and #260717-014045-020000.

I'm not exactly sure what is badly formatted here, nothing clear is given here. Additionally, another episode title was put in with a title in all lowercase and was accepted, but somehow that isn't badly formatted? I'm confused here.
#260717-021348-770000 is another one, what exactly am I doing wrong?
#260717-011700-850000, #260717-004241-882000, and #260717-010408-437000 are more, can someone please look through my recent submissions?

I have checked the contributions, the problem is that you are correcting and removing valid English titles, we do not allow to remove the listed data in the site, you can add the missing Japanese titles as a new item. We want to have listed both English and Japanese.

@Fran Hello,

I believe there are two things wrong with your statement.
When I submit titles or title corrections, it asks "Where an episode has a title, please enter it in the language that it originally aired," which is what I have been doing. These series are originally in Japanese. I do want to see both the English and Japanese titles listed, but there isn't an option for that in submissions. Why is it that when I'm asked for something, I give the something, that it is rejected for something completely different?
Secondly, specifically regarding to Kaiju Girl Caramelise, have you seen the titles past episode 1? The ones that are in lowercase with the incorrect localizations? What exactly is being done to have such titles deemed "valid"? Because I believe any sensible human being would see something is wrong with them.
