Badly formatted goof entry?

My contribution #240912-095330-039000 to "A discovery of witches" S01E02 was rejected as "badly formatted".

English is not my first language but I really cannot find anything that runs afoul of the formatting guidelines.

As per the relevance of the goof, it's quite similar to some other entries that the IMDB staff has approved in the past: for instance, in "Mission: Impossible - Dead reckoning part one" there's a nearly identical goof entry that has garnered 53 "helpful" / 6 "unhelpful".

So it seems that IMDB users find this kind of goof useful. I'm at a loss as to why it was rejected.

I have checked on the Trivia submission and your trivia has Spoilers and you did not add the Spoiler tag to your submission. You can submit the Trivia again with the correct format, you can find the guidelines in our Help Articles.

I've re-submitted the goof entry adding the SPOILER: warning ( #240913-173620-040000 ) and it has been refused again, this time with a generic "does not meet contribution guidelines".

Aside from the fact that, as I said, identical goofs have been accepted by the staff and voted "helpful" by the users, my entry clearly points out an unrealistic aspect of the episode: it's as if the main characters strolled all alone in Trafalgar Square or Times Square - something that simply doesn't happen in real life.
