Bad plot summary: Once Upon a Studio
The plot summary for Once Upon a Studio (2023), the recent Disney live action/animated short, contains errors which cause me to question whether the summary writers and I were watching the same film.
Spoilers ahead.
One plot summary says: When two new employees spend the night at Walt Disney Animation Studios, they see characters from the past and present come to life, and they all come together to take a photo for Disney's 100th anniversary celebration.
The other plot summary says: In this brand new nine minute live action animated short we will see two new employees who must work overnight at the building Walt Disney Animation Studios and see a very special surprise when all of the Disney animated characters who were in paintings and posters that came from the past and today start to come to life and they all get ready for their very own family photo in front of the building to celebrate 100 years of the studio.
1. The film has nothing to do with "two new employees". There are only two live-action people appearing as employees with speaking roles in the film (others are seen as extras). One is played by Renika Williams in the role of "College Intern". The other is Burny Mattinson, playing "himself" (that is, in IMDb-speak, playing Burny Mattinson), but who was about as far from being a "new employee" as one could get. Mattinson filmed his role when he was 87 years old and had been working for Disney for 69 years -- he had been working for Disney longer than Walt Disney himself worked for the company (in fact, longer than Walt Disney was alive).
2. None of the employees are shown spending the night in the animation building. The live-action people (including the College Intern and Burny Mattinson) are shown leaving the building at the end of the workday, and the rest of the film takes place before dusk; it's still twilight when the film ends.
3. No real human beings see the animated characters come to life. In fact, Mickey Mouse confirms that all the live-action people have left the studio before he and Minnie signal to the other animated characters to emerge from the artwork on the walls and come to life.
Was there some other version of Once Upon a Studio in which there are two new employees, they stay overnight in the animation building, and they see the animated characters come to life? (I know how to correct a plot summary, but I don't want to do that if the original summary writers were right.)

Hi @gromit82 I just wanted to thank you for replying to my question about how to identify web series in the imdb database. The discussion is closed so I can't reply there. Many thanks for your information and advice - very helpful!
Best, Nicky
