bad photo
As we all know people are judged by their photos especially in regards to age discrimination. I have a Costume Designer client, who has an IMDb Pro account and can't get rid of a getty image that she was tagged in. It's a very unflattering photo and she has uploaded her own photo (so you can see the difference). I would be most appreciative if someone could take this tag off the photo so it would not appear on her page. Her page link with the images is https://pro.imdb.com/name/nm0010421/images. The photo that is unflattering and potentially damaging is this one: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rem3nmmazh56wc7/catherine%20adair.png?dl=0
I truly hope someone can help-- it's not fair that photographers can decide which of their photos THEY want on a stranger's page- without the subject's permission. Thank you all again in advance. d

Hello debbie_haeusler,
As an IMDbPro member your client is able to manage the images and the tags on her name page, the instructions on how to remove and manage her images are on our Manage your image guidelines. Has she submitted any update recently, is there any problem or error that hapenned?

She went to manage her image and tried to remove it but it failed. We also went on a zoom with a shared screen and watched her do it-- but there is a guideline that says if a third party tags you-- you're stuck. I don't think that is fair.... Maybe you can help me. We also put in a request to have it removed. https://contribute.imdb.com/contribution/230428-173708-447202
Thank you!!

Photographs with watermarks on them aren't even supposed to be uploaded in the first place (regardless of the source) and are subject to being reported for violation of IMDb guidelines.
