Background INFO Needs Correction...

Kevin: Where does it say that in IMDb? I can't find anything like that on the film's page at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060934/, particularly not in the plot summary, plot synopsis, or trivia, which is where I would expect to find the error if it was there.

Wow, talk about a historical error. I just finished writing a book that concerns Chiang and the Nationalist koumintang. better correct that one. I think they meant Mao.

You are right...It was under the Spectrum Cable description last night. When I googled "the Sand Pebbles", I saw that they copied exactly what was written in the box to the right. It listed the IMDb rating and I assumed it was from IMDb. Not sure how to correct it...Kevin

Could someone who has actually seen this movie take over in dealing with Amazon help? I'm not going to get into a situation where I write to Amazon and say, "Dear Amazon: The description of the DVD 'The Sand Pebbles' is wrong, but I don't know what it should say instead."
