awards

I have a question, I am helping with an award show, Now I know How to add a new year. Do I have to wait until the show is over to add the Nominees and the Winners. Or can I add the Nominees Now and change it when the winners are announced? there are 40 categories and I was hopng to get it out the way now. The show is not until the 20th of August but the nominees have already been listed I am just wondering to get at least this part out of the way
