Awards Data All over the Place

IMDB used to be my #1 site for Awards data, certainly not anymore! A while back I had noted the Production Design should be placed along with the rest of the technical awards. This is a small thing, which I still think should be fixed.

But now for older ceremony years at the Oscars, Bet Picture doesn't come first, the list of awards seem to be placed at random. I'd advise on cleaning this up. That is of course if you want more clicks.
