Award update ignored

I established the audiobook title page that was already listed on here as winning a Grammy award (previously in word only), alongside the relevant names, along with the correct evidence from the official Grammy site. It has been ignored twice, even after Anna resubmitted it on my behalf, via the email system. The original submission: 260512-151000-301000. In order for it to be updated, the 'new submission' needs be accepted, now with the correct linked title I have provided, so that the old award entry can then be deleted. This being because award entries can't be updated directly. Thankyou.
