Award Submission Problem (Correct Submissions appeared on Site Incorrectly)
I made a number of award submissions that were correct but what appeared on the site was incorrect.
The submissions were for the 1981 Juno Award

260618-190853-764000 (correct submission) …. 1981 Folk Artist of the Year (appeared on site incorrect)
260618-190853-764000 (correct submission) …. 1981 Country Male Vocalist of the Year (appeared on site incorrect)
260618-181026-001000 (correct submission) …. 1981 Country Female Vocalist of the Year (appeared on site incorrect)
260618-180624-948000 (correct submission) …. 1981 Most Promising Group of the Year (appeared on site incorrect)
260618-180145-272000 (correct submission) …. 1981 Group of the Year (appeared on site incorrect)
260618-180145-272000 (correct submission) …. 1981 Most Promising Female Vocalist of the Year (appeared on site incorrect)
260618-170522-880000 (correct submission) …. 1981 Male Vocalist of the Year (appeared on site incorrect)
This the only submission for 1981 that was approved that appeared on the site correctly

I also made submissions were for the 1982 Juno Award

These entries also feature the same people listed incorrectly for multiple awards.
All the following I submitted correctly, but ended up appear on the site incorrectly... I don't have time to get all the numbers of my submissions
- Album of the Year
- Best Selling Single
- Comedy Album of the Year
- Country Female Vocalist of the Year
- Folk Artist of the Year
- Group of the Year
- International Album of the Year
- International Single of the Year
- Producer of the Year
The Following are Correct
- Female Vocalist of the Year
- Male Vocalist of the Year
The submissions created a new year for the award and I suspect that may have created a problem with whatever app/tool/agent is now being used to approve award submissions.
It was a lot of work to make the submissions and it is VERY disappointing to see all that work wasted. Can you tell me what happened here? And can you please delete all this incorrect information.

Looks to have happened again when I was updating another award list

What seems to be happening is that one submission gets approved (Here: 260620-113356-816000 for "Contemporary Gospel Recorded Song") and then every subsequent approved submission overwrites subsequent submission with the entries from 260620-113356-816000
Here are the entries that have been overwritten...
260620-115902-769000 for Hard Music Album
260620-123138-814000 for Inspirational Album
260620-124334-301000 for Inspirational Recorded Song
260620-125711-434000 for Instrumental Album
260620-131730-394000 for Modern Rock/Alternative Recorded Song
This mistake has to be happening on the approval side. Whatever app/agent is being used for approvals is overwriting submitted information.
Perhaps something is getting autofilled that is overwiting everything. I don't know how long this problem has been going on. Please check the approval side!
