Award Submission Errors + Possibly IMDb Employee Tampering with Data

Hi,

I submitted corrections and edits for 3 awards, 2 of which were not linked to my profile. These requests were made then someone brought something to my attention that IMDB changed all of the data from my requests - it is actually opposite of what I requested. They moved one award off my profile then changed that same award from winner status to nomination, which nomination status is incorrect. There should be 2 wins/1 nomination and all 3 should be linked to my profile. However, now on IMDb it is showing 0 wins and 1 nomination, and only the nomination linked to my profile. When I go onto IMDB pro it shows 1 win/2 nominations and only one linking to my profile.

Could someone help? I believe someone at IMDb may be tampering with the IMDb data. I had a friend who manages IMDb profiles and is really good at this to look into this for me. He said someone (an employee) at IMDb misclassified my awards and moved them off my profile. He said that my request 261028-014733-055000 shows that someone at IMDb completed my request but changed everything about the request to do the opposite of what I was requesting. Instead, they downgraded my award to a nomination, which was not correct, and move it off my profile. The timing and access to IMDb tools that only staff have access to is also indications that this is someone at IMDb. My friend also said the IMDb employee likely is monitoring, watching or tracking the profile (for lack of a better word). So, this is how the employee was able to intercept and misclassify the information. If you look at my original requests (see below), who accessed the requests, who is tracking the profile, and what is now posted, you can see the pattern of the person creating misinformation and the timing of it to drill down to the individual employee responsible for tampering with the data. It may take you a few days to correct what this person has done. In summary, these are the issues to be fixed now after the employee tampered with my original requests:

  • Incorrect Award Classification: The awards associated with the movie are misclassified.
  • Awards Not Linked to My Profile: Only one of the three awards is linked to my profile; the other two are linked only to the movie. All three awards should be linked to my profile.
  • Incorrect Award Counts on IMDb: The movie should show 2 wins and 1 nomination linked to my profile. However, IMDb Pro shows 2 wins and 1 nomination, while IMDb shows 0 wins and 1 nomination. The original requests included links verifying each of the two wins and the one nomination.

Below are the requests for reference. I suspect that individual employee who did this can also see this post and may have done this to others, so it may take some time to identify the culprit. I do believe there is some form of bias occurring here. Once you review my profile and investigate, I think you can see what I am talking about and investigate into whether this person has done it to others with information tampering. But this is definitely not only an integrity issue but a company personnel issue. Please take my concerns seriously and not only correct the errors they created but correct this personnel issue. Note: I am not on this forum often or on IMDb often and recently joined IMDb and Pro since I am talking to producers and lit agents who are on this platform.

@Maya Thanks. I see it has been corrected. I would still monitor, watch or track the profile so you can identify the culprit behind what happened. That way, if the culprit does something again, at least you can be see in real time who accessed the admin tools or contributor functions and catch them in the act.

I believe someone has done something similar to my awards. The requests I made recently shows a contributor may have changed my win to a nomination and the awards aren't linking to my profile. Here are my original requests. Could you find out what happened here since I provided the links to confirm the 2 wins and 1 nomination?
