Award Submission Delayed

I submitted an award submission last weekend on 1/25 and it still hasn’t been processed… Am pretty sure awards are silver tier submissions, which should take 5 business days after submission but it is now 2/3 and there still doesn’t seem to be any movement on it. Wondering if anyone from IMDB can help me look into this?
