Award not added to project

Hello, I have won a 2025 Golden Pen Script Award, and submitted the data - IMDb update receipt #250507-144626-708000. I see the two other winners linked on the IMDB page, but my win does not show up. Please note, my category, First Time Writer, was not on the pull down menu, but it does appear in the 2023 Golden Pen Script Awards and is the award I won. I included a link to the Golden Pen Script Awards website where the category (First Time Writer), project name (Searching for Shadow - tt11638944) and writer (Marie Smalley - nm9585308) are shown. That web address is: https://www.goldenpenawards.com/10th. I properly provided the IMDB data (tt, nm) and it appeared linked in my submission. I have had no response to my submission. This is a big award, IMDB eligible and I would like to get it linked. Can you please help me with that? Thank you so much! Marie Smalley
