Associations disappear from videos uploaded through Title Scorecard

I've uploaded several videos and in all of them, upon changing the thumbnail, out of five selected associations video randomly chooses two: a title and one, utterly random, name. Experimented with this for quite some time to figure out what's going on (and how associations are even formed when it comes to videos uploaded from Title Scorecard). My initial idea that only credited people eventually have their associations seems to be wrong. I don't see any option that fits, necessarily.
