I don't know what wrong is with IMDb staff! Asghar Farhadi is a two-times winner of Best Foreign Language Film of The Year Oscar Award for A Separation (2011) and The Salesman (2016), But when I open his profile on IMDb, It says he's been nominated just once! We are hoping this problem will get fixed!

The official Academy database says the same thing. This is because the International Feature Film award is not officially awarded to any person.

IMDb guidelines also mention this:

I read that article, But I think it doesn't make any sense! A film is a product of a director's mind who's been suffering for months! There's an award for best achievement in directing which goes directly to the director and we can call that director as an academy-award-winner since then. So what's the difference between this award and the foreign language film one?! I think those who've written such a rule must have a re-consideration!
