I submitted a contributor request but didn’t provide enough proof at the time. Once I located additional documentation, I create a new request and tried to upload , but the system flagged it as a duplicate. Unfortunately, I also deleted the original request from my contributor history to be able to make adjustments and now need assistance regaining access to it.
