Are materials submitted for verification kept private?

I recently submitted our in-post-production short film to IMDB, and to verify that it was real I provided a link to BTS stills (as one of the offered options to verify). But those BTS stills are not meant to be on the public project or anything, just used for IMDB verification. Can I confirm that they're kept private?

Thanks!

Yes, they are kept private, in the sense that the URL (from you and to an explanation field) won't be publicly shared by the IMDb data editors. If, however, the URL was submitted as a data item, such as one of the miscellaneous links items of an IMDb title page, then it will be visible if approved, and somebody would have to go back and submit a deletion.
