Are digital intermediate companies now to be listed in the Laboratory section?

I'm currently reviewing our policy regarding the preferred placement of these company types. 

In the meantime, do you have examples where you are seeing digital intermediate companies displayed under both sections (under Miscellaneous Company credits and under the Laboratory section)?

I recently came across this one: Hannibal Rising (2007)

There are many examples.  Just do a company search of a digital intermediate company (Company 3, for example), and you will find digital intermediate credits listed as Miscellaneous Companies, Laboratory or both.

This gets further confused since the on-screen credit can also be something like "editing services," which would, logically, seem to be under Miscellaneous Companies.  Or... should it be?

I am looking for informed, intelligent leadership from the IMDb staff to make a decision regarding the placement of digital intermediate credits.
