Approved YouTube video not showing for Letting Go (2001)

Hello IMDb Support,

Please add the approved YouTube submission for Letting Go (2001) to the film’s IMDb Video section, or let me know what steps are required for this to be done.

On August 18, 2026, I submitted the YouTube URL for the complete short film, and IMDb approved the submission.

The approved URL is for “Letting Go (short movie)” on YouTube. However, this approved YouTube submission is separate from the IMDb Video entry: on the IMDb page for Letting Go (2001), the poster appears, but the Video section still says “No video available yet.”

I understand that the approved submission may have been added as an External Link rather than as an IMDb video. Could you please confirm where the approved submission was placed and advise whether it can be added to the Video section? If Scorecard access is required, please let me know whether I am eligible and how to request it.
